Refund Policy for Kaizen lifestyle
At Kaizen, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue within **7 days** of delivery.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item, we will offer a full refund or exchange once we confirm the order details.
- Lost Shipments : In cases where the shipment is lost in transit and fails to arrive within **30 days** of order confirmation, we will process a full refund.
2. Conditions for Refunds
- The item must be **unused**, **unworn**, and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Customized or personalized items
3. Timeframe for Refunds
- All refund requests must be made within **14 days** of receiving the product.
- Refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days** of receiving the returned item, if applicable, or upon confirmation of the issue (for damaged or defective products).
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:

2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item (if needed).
3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional **5-10 business days** for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- **Change of Mind**: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection unless the product is damaged or defective.
- **Sale Items**: Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- In cases where the refund is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
